Our team

Tabor Martin
Tabor’s professional background began in multi-unit, operational management. He’s opened, managed, and maintained large, retail & manufacturing facilities all over the country. He recruited the teams within, led their development, and drove home the visions of each respective companies’ owner. After ten years in this line of work, he decided it was time to be a visionary for his own business, rather than an operator for someone else’s. Tabor comes from a family rooted in private service. Both of his parents served as Directors of Residences in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA. He’s grown up with a deep understanding of both the challenges and graces of Estate & Asset Management. Combining the expertise of his parents professional endeavours and his own, he founded ES2 Montana in 2022. ES2 Montana is an Estate & Asset Management and Concierge Service in Whitefish, MT. The business focuses primarily on second home caretaking and the curated experiences inside the walls of those estates. This business faced challenges with top tier staffing due to a volatile workforce in a resort town. So he decided to combine all of the knowledge available to him and began recruiting, nationwide, to better serve his clients in Montana. Through small success within that lane, he and his mother decided to expand nationwide. They combine for over 20 years of Estate & Asset Management and 10 years of recruiting for private service.

Mary Beth Thorpe
As an Atlanta native with over 15 years of experience in estate management and 22 years as a REALTOR®, Mary Beth Thorpe brings deep regional insight and hands-on expertise to managing and staffing estate properties across the Southeast. From a 13-bedroom villa in Miami to new construction and renovations in Atlanta and North Georgia, she oversees homes and complex events with precision. Mary Beth manages household and event staff, vendors, travel logistics, and operations, and is known for recruiting and retaining exceptional long-term talent that keeps estates running seamlessly.
