The Traveling Executive Assistant / Butler travels alongside the Mrs. and ensures comfort and continuity across all homes. The ideal candidate blends Southern hospitality with the quiet precision of British service. You will manage her daily flow, support personal needs, and coordinate seamlessly with household staff.
Compensation
The hiring process begins with an on-site trial interview at the primary residence, allowing both the family and the candidate to assess compatibility. If an offer is extended, compensation will be set at that time, and the role will enter a ninety-day introductory period.
Formal check-ins/reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure alignment and support.
Relocating candidates will receive temporary private accommodations during the introductory period, including a studio at the primary residence and suitable lodging near additional properties. A relocation allowance will be provided at the end of the ninety days.

Provide polished, attentive personal service
Travel with the Mrs. and prepare each property for her arrival
Maintain consistent standards across homes by coordinating with staff
Assist with wardrobe care, personal items, and daily essentials
Support scheduling, simple planning, and household organization
Set up living spaces in advance and ensure ongoing comfort
Handle requests with discretion, judgment, and a calm demeanor
Daily care of family dog
Uphold privacy, etiquette, and the family’s preferred way of life
Daily graces to include front of house service, bartending, occasional meal service, and guest arrivals
